ASIST is a powerful, evidence-based, two-day training that prepares participants to recognize when someone may be at risk for suicide and respond with confidence, care, and intervention skill.

Adult Mental Health First Aid (No charge | Option to purchase lunch)
Offered at no cost thanks to funding from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).

Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges or crises in adults, and to connect individuals with appropriate support and resources.
