Colorado Springs Area - Faith-Based Support

GRIEFSHARE:  GriefShare is a nation-wide organization offering a Christian based support program.  The groups are hosted by various local churches who have individuals to facilitate the groups and share their faith perspective in grief support.  Each week, for 13 weeks, your GriefShare group will watch a video seminar on grief. After viewing the video, you and the other group members will spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week's video seminar and what is going on in your lives. Groups: Dates, times and location varies.   Go to GriefShare.org to locate churches in the area offering their program.

FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH GRIEF WORKSHOP:  The Grief Workshop is a way to explore your grief from a Christian perspective. In this seven-week workshop, you'll learn tools for dealing with loss, share your own story and hear from others who understand - all in an emotionally safe environment. Groups:  Contact Sue Hayward (Below) for information on dates and time of groups.
